The Program

What is Highly TONEd?

Highly TONEd is a 6-week fitness transformation program designed for women 30 and up who are ready to commit to themselves. Every Saturday, AJ leads a coached session at HiTONE Fayetteville — strength training, conditioning, and nutrition guidance from one of Fayetteville's most experienced trainers.

It's free to join. The only “payment” is sharing your journey on social media. One post per week. Tag @hitonefitnessfayetteville. Use #HighlyTONEd. That's it.

Why? Because real women sharing real progress is more powerful than any ad. You become the inspiration for someone else to start. And the community you build in those 6 weeks? That lasts way beyond the program.

How It Works

Apply

Fill out a quick application — name, goals, and Instagram handle. Spots are limited to 12 women per cohort.

Show Up Saturdays

AJ leads every session. Expert coaching, nutrition guidance, and a crew that pushes each other. No experience needed.

Post Your Progress

Your "payment" is sharing your journey. One post per week using #HighlyTONEd and tagging @hitonefitnessfayetteville. Show your post at the front desk = confirmed for next week.

Transform

Week 6: transformation photos, graduation posts, and a community that celebrates your wins. Graduates get priority access to future cohorts and exclusive member perks.

Is it really free?

Yes. No membership required, no hidden fees. The only "payment" is posting your journey on social media once a week.

Do I need to be in shape to join?

No. AJ meets you where you are. Whether you haven't worked out in years or you're looking for a new challenge, the program adapts to your level.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens. But the program works best when you're consistent. If you miss a session and don't post that week, your spot opens up for someone on the waitlist.

What do I need to bring?

Workout clothes, water, and your phone for check-in. Everything else is provided at the gym.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

Graduates get first access to the next cohort, plus exclusive offers on personal training and membership. Many women continue training with AJ one-on-one.
